Funeral Ceremony Services

A funeral is a time to mourn and will be your time to remember the time you had together.  It’s also a time to say goodbye.  Loosing someone is always hard, but it gives you the chance to think back and remember how they loved life and how they lived their life.  It’s a time of sadness but at the same time focusing on celebrating all the achievements that were made in their life.

If the person did not follow a church, family feel it inappropriate to ask a Priest or a minister to say those final words.  More and more families are asking for a non-religious funeral, a celebration of all the good things that have happened in the loved one’s life.

As a Celebrant practicing the followings of the TLC faith, I respect that everyone may not have the same spiritual belief.  Some are Christians following their God, some follow a Muslim upbringing, and some do not have a spirituality belief at all.  I respect everyone’s personal choice and I agree to live side by side with them in this world in harmony.

I meet with the family and learn about your loved one that has passed, to hear all the things that has been achieved in their life, and how their passing has affected you.  I then write a unique eulogy for the family and present the farewell for them on the day.  Yes, it’s a very sad time, but I try to reflect on the happy moments and the achievements the loved one had during their time here.  This farewell can have religious aspects or may not, we will discuss all this in detail in the planning stages.  If this sound like what you are looking for, I would be delighted to meet you and your family.
